Order regulations:
- Before placing an order, please verify the current price of the product (prices vary overtime because of the exchange rate differences).
- An order for the selected product should be submitted by e-mail to – kontakt@shubi.pl – or by clicking on the link below.
- In the return message you will receive all the information necessary to complete the payment for the order.
- Payment can be made via PayPal or traditional international bank transfer.
- The order is considered to be placed after the payment is credited to the producer’s / seller’s account, which will be immediately confirmed.
- Orders for products available in stock are processed within 2-3 days from the receipt of the payment.
- The average order fulfillment time for products that require production is 15 – 20 working days, depending on the version and quantity of ordered products. Orders for 3 or more products may require an extension of the lead time, which will be agreed individually.
- All products are delivered in cardboard boxes, with all necessary transport locks and visible warning labels.
- Ordered products are sent within a maximum of 2 business days after notification of the completion of the order.
- Shipment to most European Union countries takes place via international parcel services with widely available parcel tracking.
- Shipment of overzised parcels, especially to countries outside the European Union is carried out via Air-mail of Polish National Post Office and is continued by the local Post Office at destination country.
